Soft Enamel – Photo Etched w/Epoxy Dome: This process, Photo Etched Soft Enamel is the most popular type Lapel Pins we offer. Each pin is photo-etched from solid brass, providing the look of Cloisonne, but is less expensive. PMS color matching is available at no additional cost. Fluorescent colors may also be used. A clear optional Epoxy Dome seals in the colors and gives each pin a three-dimensional look. Thickness is generally 0.8mm but can be increased if requested.

Plating: Gold, Antique Gold, Silver, Antique Silver, Nickel, Black Nickel, Antique Nickel, Copper, Antique Copper, Brass or Antique Brass.

Individually poly bagged.

Prices Include: Up to four Soft Enamel colors, Epoxy Dome and a military squeeze clutch with a nail and spur back. Additional colors .12 .

Cutouts: This is another effect that will enhance a Soft Enamel Lapel Pin. Cutout a word, letter or design. To make a cutout, a piercing tool is required. The charge for each cutout is $ 35.

Wine Charms: These useful and practical items will be the hit at any gathering. Whether your client's taste is Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Zinfandel, Merlot or Sangiovese Wine Charms are a natural addition to any wine glass. Each Wine Charm comes with six colored beads to identify the individuals using each wine glass. The large 3/4" charm allows for a clear reproduction of any logo. Great for country clubs; fraternities; sororities; organizations; parties or wherever else wines, alcoholic beverages, or Champagne are served.

Each piece is individually poly bagged.

Select from either the DuoTone™; Synthetic Cloisonne or Photo-Etched Soft Enamel process. To enhance Wine Charms consider packaging a set of six on a printed romance card and poly bagging.

Embroidered Emblems: Embroidered Emblems are an exceptional and multipurpose advertising implement. The visual impression produced through the use of Embroidered Emblems provides an economical manner of enhancing and preserving an enduring image for businesses, educational institutions, organizations, associations or groups.

A colorful and excellent approach to customize uniforms, caps, jackets, backpacks or blazers. A natural for souvenir sales, fund raising events or achievement awards. Great for sports teams.

Individual attention goes into the manufacture of each Emblem. Each Embroidered Emblem is washable, dry cleanable and extremely durable; they will actually outlast most garments.

We produce many different sizes and shapes. Available in 126 shades of brilliant colorfast rayon silk and 72 colors of highest grade twill fabric. Neon and metallic yarns are available. All symmetrical shapes have the traditional merrow edge.

Minimum size of lettering 3/16” high.

Tape Charge: There is no tape charge on the listed prices. (Tapes are owned by the factory and cannot leave the premises. You may request a duplicated tape at an extra charge).

Colors: Includes Up to Nine Colors, merrow border and base twill cloth color. Please specify PMS colors and we will try to match with closest thread.

Specials: Add 35% Metallic Yarns - Add 35% for each Fluorescent Color - Add 25% for Felt Backing - Add $0.08 per inch for heat seal backing. Also available in glow-in-the-dark or reflective material.
